Fieldwork Brewing is a production brewery with a tasting room on Berkeley’s north side. It’s around the corner from the now shuttered Pyramid Brewery. Fieldwork captured the attention of Bay Area beer lovers right from its start. Its vast arrays of IPA’s as well as the large varieties of other styles offers something for everyone.
The tasting room is in the front of the building and includes an outdoor patio. The sizable brewery is visible directly behind the tasting room. The bar has 22 taps and there is no seating at the bar. There are plenty of large picnic tables inside and out as well as barrels and a couch inside. Your bike will be secure using the indoor bike racks.
There is no TV. You can buy growlers to go and you can bring your own from any brewery to fill. Half pours are also offered on most beers.
A light food menu is offered including pasties, sausage and pork rillete as well as some smaller munchies.
