Fermentation Lab is the latest top-notch beer destination to open in the Mid-Market 
neighborhood. The smallish venue features 5 2-top tables, a couple of large L-shaped couches and an eight-seat bar at which to enjoy one of the 24 well-chosen beers, six wines and a choice of small plates of, yes, fermented goodies. Plus plenty of other creative food choices including soups, salads and sandos.
Extras: Out for a live show? There are no fewer that four theaters within two blocks and the Civic Center performance venues are also close by. For beer, The Beer Hall, Cellarmaker and City Beer Store are within easy walking distance.
