The Fourth Bore is a large restaurant/taproom located inside the Theater Square development in Orinda. They offer 28 taps featuring mostly beers from very nearby, plus wines and an upscale pub menu.
On a winter venting, wicker chairs around a fire freature out in front are enticing. Servers will take your order outside by the fire, in the bar area, and in the separate restaurant space. The bar area embraces the sportsbar concept and offers five TVs. The beer list features local breweries, with few exceptions.
While they do not do half-pours, they do offer tasting flights of three beers.

Exit BART and turn right, staying on the sidwalk along the building. Take the foot bridge over the street, directly ahead of you. Turn right after the bridge, and follow the sidewalk under the freeway. Turn onto a sidewalk branching to the left, up a gradual slope, to the entry of a parking lot. Cross the entry to the parking, ontinuing straight onto the sidewalk along the building. Look for the first glass doorway on the right. Enter and continue directly until you see The Fourth Bore on your right in an interior courtyard, with picnic tables and wicker chairs.
